Expand your palate and your seafood knowledge at our next installment of our Chef Dinner of the year in partnership with the South Carolina Aquarium!
Indulge in a specially curated local and sustainably sourced meal with an optional wine pairing while diving into the origins of each course with Executive Chef Tim. This event will be held in Hank's Loft (located above to the restaurant); wine, beer and cocktails will be available for purchase; wine pairings are available as an add-on during the reservation process.

- Steamboat Oyster Duo- Watermelon Mignonette & Lime Granita
- Snapper Carpaccio- Lime, Smoked Tomato, Jalapeno
- Shrimp, Heirloom Tomato, Basil, Fried Croutons
- Roasted Grouper- Risotto Style Carolina Gold Rice, Sea Island Red Peas, Crispy Pork, Scallions, Warm Tomato Vinaigrette
- Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis
